  • Interested Persons – Notices and news about our meetings to solicit public input on regulatory proposals and other projects including proposed, adopted, amended or repealed regulations.
  • Newly Adopted, Amended or Repealed Regulations – Regulations that have recently been adopted, amended or repealed by the FPPC. Once adopted, amended or repealed regulations are forwarded to the Office of Administrative Law for filing with the Secretary of State. Regulations and amendments go into effect 30 days after they are filed with the Secretary of State, unless otherwise specified. "Emergency" regulations go into effect upon filing.
  • Quarterly Updates – A quarterly update containing the regulations, advice letters, Commission opinions, and enforcement matters acted on by the Commission and legislation being tracked by the Commission.

    • Ethics – Gifts, Honorarium, Travel and Use of Campaign Funds Quarterly Update.
