Item 7: Enforcement Action. Approved 4-0.

Item 40: Closed Session Item: Pending Litigation (Gov. Code § 11126(e)(1)). The Commission voted to appeal the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association v. Edmund Brown ruling.

Item 41: General Item. Approved 3-1 (motion to table item did not receive a second).

Item 42: Executive Staff Reports. Accepted as submitted (motion to support AB 249 did not receive a second).
